About Kiadah

Kiadah publishes digital tools for Belgian real-estate professionals. The first digitises the transaction journey, from viewing to deed: the offer is submitted and signed online, it reaches the seller without delay, and every step is dated and retained.

Kiadah provides a tool, not an intermediation service: the company is not an estate agent, takes no mandate, negotiates no transaction, never holds funds and does not approach agencies' clients. The agency remains the sole intermediary for its mandates, and the buyers and sellers in its files are neither sold on nor solicited.

About the founder

Kiadah is published by Gabriel El Mahi, engineer and economist. A researcher in economics, he applies his discipline's quantitative methods to the Belgian residential market.
