Nature of the service
Kiadah SRL publishes a professional platform for Belgian estate agencies and licensed agents: the digitisation of the transaction journey, from viewing to deed.
Kiadah is not an estate agent within the meaning of the Belgian Act of 11 February 2013: the company negotiates no transaction, drafts no deed and never holds funds on behalf of third parties. The agency chosen by the seller remains the sole intermediary.
The service is in a pilot phase.
Intellectual property
The structure of the site, its original texts, visual identity, logos and developments are protected by copyright and remain the property of Kiadah SRL. Any reproduction or substantial extraction, in particular automated, is prohibited without prior written authorisation. This restriction does not extend to Statbel public data, reusable under the terms of its own licence.
Personal data
Kiadah SRL is the controller of data collected on this site within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Purposes, retention periods and how to exercise your rights are set out in the privacy policy. Any request regarding your data should be sent to contact@kiadah.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.
Liability
Kiadah uses reasonable means to ensure the accuracy of published information and the availability of the service, without any obligation of result. The site may link to third-party resources whose content and availability Kiadah does not control.
Governing law and disputes
This site and the services it offers are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the judicial district of Brussels have sole jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules. Before any action, a consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the Consumer Mediation Service, boulevard du Roi Albert II 8, 1000 Brussels.
